Energy Healing Session

Elevate your life with grace and ease

My energy healing sessions are a permission-based talking modality. While I still use Theta Healing as my foundation, we bring in extra spiritual healing as and where necessary. We sit comfortably with our eyes closed, while I lead you up into Theta brainwave meditation with me, and I ask permission to access your subconscious. It feels similar to hypnotherapy. For each stage of the process, I ask permission to continue.

This is a very powerful yet gentle form of healing, which can resolve a wide range of physical, emotional, relationship, financial and spiritual issues. Designed to help you remove negative thoughts and subconscious limiting beliefs, it works effectively on anxiety, depression, PTSD, confidence, trauma, romance, and manifestation blocks. This is not about spiritual bypassing, or seeking fleeting, transcendent, peak experiences – it is about embodied presence, grounded spirituality, and lasting, practical change - whether you seek to change habits, lose weight, change your life’s direction, or find a new relationship. 

Our traumas and familial patterns can run in the background without our conscious awareness. We will connect the dots between events, moments, people, and behaviours, freeing us to create new and healthy stories. Our old stories are often fused with our identity, and we feel defined by our history. We work with feelings, not stories, for a different outcome. 

  • Sessions are conducted one-on-one, seated with your eyes closed. We access the Theta brainwave, allowing deep hypnotic subconscious insights.

  • Please allow time afterwards to hydrate, assimilate and integrate. Naps, baths, sound healing or massage are ideal post-session experiences.

  • Remote sessions: please have water and tissues to hand. Be comfortable (but not asleep) and undisturbed.

  • If coming in person, please avoid wearing perfume or aftershave.

  • Each session takes a full 24 hours and one sleep cycle to integrate.

  • All sessions are confidential.
