3am Love Meditation

I recorded this at 3am in Candidasa Bali. Bali crackles with the sounds of nature day and night, so finding a quiet time often means the early hours.

  • Before you listen to your meditation, please write a list with pen, pencil, crayon or paintbrush and paper (not digital), of the things you’d love to have in your life, the people you are calling in, and the qualities you wish to embody. Get specific.

  • Use the words I AM, I HAVE, I ASK (never use need or want).

  • Keep updating the list throughout your days, weeks and life!

  • Really feeeeel into how good it is to have, be and do these things, states of grace and people in your life.

  • When blocks to receiving, allowing or deserving come up, make notes and take them to your next Theta Healing session :)
