This energy clearing technique was taught to me eons ago by my lovely friend Liesel Rigsby, The Energetic Matchmaker. You can use it with people you love, to create healthy space between you, as well as with people you wish to clear from your psyche. You can also use it for companies, buildings and institutions etc.
Imagine the person you want to clear energy from, standing opposite you.
Visualise a coloured cloud or ball of candy-floss, wool or smoke (representing your energy) over them. Any colour except black or white.
Then draw all of that smoke/cloud (your energy) back into your heart. Make sure it’s all gone.
Surround both of you with white light. Repeat as often as necessary.
